Capture is only the first step
The official Expedition explanation divides the battlefield into sectors between the attacker and defender spawns. Each sector has two objectives, and the attacking side must take sectors in order toward the defenders. Objectives are randomized to a degree, so the push is not a memorized script.
- Arrive with enough players to create a foothold.
- Keep an exit route or fallback position in mind.
- Treat the secure phase as a new fight, not a victory screen.
Momentum is the match clock
Attackers need to keep momentum while completing objectives; defenders want to slow the advance and exhaust that pressure. The official store brief also describes one-shot-one-kill PvP and objective battles, so survival and coordination are part of the same loop.
Terrain changes the answer
Beach landings, trenches, desert approaches and city fights will not reward the same pace. The official map trail already names Anzac Cove, Cape Helles, Ctesiphon and Kut Al Amara; use those terrain identities to decide when speed, cover or patience is the better tool.
